Refund policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. All returns must have original tags, in original condition, and odor free. You must present a receipt. Seasonal merchandise will be returned at the current sale price. Discounted items are non-returnable. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. At this time, we do not offer prepaid shipping labels. Store credit will be issued (minus shipping). We do not offer refunds, unless an error on our part.
